Withdrawal right

The Customer who would like to cancel the forwarded order, can contact the Customer Service by e-mail and require its cancellation.
According to article 5 of the Governmental Decree number 185/1999, the Customer who for any reasons is not satisfied with the purchased product, can back out of the drawn up contract and return the ordered products, even if they have already been delivered, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
The withdrawal right has to be exerted by the Customer, on penalty of lapse, within 10 working days after the receipt of the products.
The only costs the Customer has to bear for the exertion of the withdrawal right are those related to the Products return to the company COSI TABELLINI.
